Believe it or not, according to a recent study from London, they are used to getting up early will have a more slender body shape, happier, and healthier than those who used to get up at noon.
Researchers at the Roehampton University concluded the UK, woke up early also provide other benefits such as arriving at work on time, prepare all the needs of school early, and clearing your homework faster.
Researchers added that the people who have a habit of staying up late into the night, will usually tend to have feelings of depression or stress and potentially higher overweight.
In his observations, researchers have interviewed 1,068 adults related to their health and sleeping habits. The results revealed that those who used to get up in the morning generally mean more activity started earlier, happier and a more ideal weight.
"There are people in the morning and the evening. Those who used to get up in the morning tend to be healthier and happier as well as having lower body mass index," said one researcher Dr. Joerg Huber.
In a conference of the British Psychological Society, Huber explains the reason why the routine waking up lucky and got a better quality of life. It refers to the fact that perform routine tasks in the morning and take care of the child at the right time, it helped make the body become fitter amid tight modern life.
"Perhaps the type of person who regularly wake up in the morning is more suitable for the industrial world as it is today, rather than those who slept late", he said
